A ground covered with scattered small round objects in various shades of brown and cream, with a few leaves visible, and a text overlay reading '#WheresWaldo' and a smiley emoji.

An autumnal photo, and of course with the detail set out by the white and brown flowers one could almost try and find “Waldo” in the image. Fear not your brain has not missed anything, there is truly nothing to find in the image, it is just an amazing image of autumn vibes.

But really, how many times have you tried to find some reason behind actions that potentially have no rhyme or reason, they are just actions. But also how many times you failed to see the reason behind the action?

Today with my clients we were just talking about the topic of feelings and thoughts and the impact on the action. I had this discussion with two individuals at different time in the day. One was in reference to an anger outburst, the other was in reference to anxiety. Both individuals are struggling with strong emotions, both going through the motions; both being utterly confused about their bodily responses, and their reaction to the world.

Sometimes we need to observe and dig deep to find the reason, and sometimes we just need to allow things to happen and not dig deep.

What have you uncovered today, that you have not realised before?

Have you done anything new in your life, something to stretch that imagination muscle?

Have you been looking for “Waldo” too much of late, or have you not looked for it enough?

If you would like to explore thing further, why not book with me and allow me to help you find your path to self.
