As I was walking to my day job office I came across this on the street and it made me think how often in our life we might be missing a key to the puzzle.

We are expected to juggle multiple things juat to exists and it takes one missing piece for the whole system to ollapse.

It also made me think of how in many of our jobs a manager might ask you to do that small thing over there, and again the whole eco system comes tumbilng down.

And spsaking of the eco system….if you look to nature, it tends to try to balance it all out. If an aminal that relies on pray to survivex but there isn’t enough food around….they will not have so many offspirng. As soon as there is a rich food supply numbers increase. Balance.

We also know that areas where a species was introduced but there are no natural predators or to keep things in check, that system collapses.

Every puzzle relies on every piece being there to complete the picture. As humans however often have such a narrow focus and such higly specialised spaces that the whole can no longer be seen.

They talk about dissruptors as an answer to the change needed in the system. But are they disruptors per se or are they the ones that can see that qider picture? I am often seen as that element that asks the uncomfortable question, or questions the narrative. And yes by some I might be seen as the disruptor, but, what if I am just identifying the missing puzzle piece to maintain a balanced eco system?!

I guess it is time to ponder, what is the missing puzzle piece for you?

How is your own eco system doing?

Who is asking the right question, which raises your blood pressure?

Do you even know what your puzzle looks like?

Are you aware what game you are playing?

What if you think you have a still life puzzle to build, but your puzzle is all about abstract shapes? Would you be looking for the right pieces? Could you put the puzzle together?

I guess time to take out that pen and paper, and ponder this picture with a meaning.
