Before arriving in Dendera temple or Dandara (as it is written at the entrance to the complex) we used the Soul Messages oracle deck to tap into the energies to come. The message I received was “Your life is to waluable to waste. Don’t be afraid to open up to your purpose. We are here to support you. Trust” . This message reminded me of my purpose but also gave me a much needed boost to recognise the important role I was going to be playing on this journey.

Dandara – the temple dedicated to the Godess Hathor, at times mother at times consort, portrayed with the ears of a cow, she is also a symbol of the divine feminine.

I visited this temple in 2022 when the task was different. During that visit we sang to song of the constellations, we let go our inhibitions and we connected with the universal family opening Gaia to being the beacon to all other worlds in the universe, transforming our world into a home for all those who will someday visit once more.

This time our mission was as a point of seeding and openig up the energies for the rest of the journey.

We recognised our connections to the stars once more through the zodiac, depicted around the columns, the zodiac wheel and beutiful starred sky in some of the chambers.

Our work however took placea at the moment of the sunset, when as a group we recreated the cube and in the centre we had the seed protected and enticed to sprout under the strong emotions contained within.

Our acivation showed us that the human system has to work as a whole system. The emotions, the mind and the physical body need to work together, if either system pull to one side, it collapses. When those of us in the group who represented the mind, dissengaged from the activity and became observers, the group members representing te emotional body felt the disconnection. This disconnection then led to the physical body feeling missaligned and our seed expereinced the pain. It was an interesting reflection to hear from the rest of the group, that the moment the mind dissengaged the rest of the “body” felt the strain.

This led to some interesting conversation with the group members, exploring the importance of coherence for us as human beings. That in order for our organism to be most efficent all of our systems need to be online and working efficiently.

Back in 2022, the experience in Dendera was different, but still the body was invited to engage with the work.

The temple of Hathor, requires us to be mindful of our own birth, our own power and reflection of how we engage with the world.
