Winter in the Northern hemisphere. This is the season when naturr takes its slumber, and plants and animals alike feel the need to sleep longer, and slow down. This slumber is needed to build potential, so when the first warm rays appear as part of the spring, they can burst through with renewed energy. Nature knows that in order to propel forward with strenght and vitality, it needs to slay dorment and concerve its potential. Spring comes with the hope of new life, of offspring of novelty, and for that dome sleep is required.
As humans our hybernation can be a period of depression, a period of self isolation, a period of coasting seemingly not doing anything.
In 2024 I had many a conversations with clients, who were doing juat that. They removed themselves from the hustle and bustle of life. Some did it purposefully, consciously, others just collapsed and stopped engaging with life. In our conversations we reflected fhat thwy needed fhat space, that time to cocoon up and conserve energy. It was only when I stepped into their lives they started unfolding life a flower opens up its petals. I was not the reason for their exoansion I was the universe’s tool, as a checkpoint to show they that they can start expanding again.
As you contemplate the frost in the image, what is it that made you stop for a while?
If you are hybernating, is therr a meaning behind it?
What potential are you building?
What are you getting ready for?
Are you ready to re-join the universe with new energy and potential?
Welcome to the revival! Time we dove once more on the path to self diacovery.
