Black septarian pendant

Another unique wearable art piece. A black septarian stone wire wrapped in silver plated copper. The pattern on the stones looks to me like a little dinasaur, which made the choice of how the stone sits in its cage.

The pendant was created following a request by one of my customers who loves septarian stones a lot. This is one of two pendants with a centre stone with the characteristic 7veins in the stone that are individual to each stone.

This pendant is chunky but the delicate wrapping will match a modern or classic outfit, and hangs beautifully from a long chain. For your convenience I will include a free silver plated chain, and will come in a handy organza pouch which can be upgraded to a jewellery box (please let me know what is your prefference via a DM).

History:Septarian is one of the most beautiful and interesting stones that you will see.That’s because no two stones look exactly the same! Septarian is an ancient stone that harnesses the beautiful and destructive energy of Mother Earth.The name septarian is from the Latin word ‘septum’, which means seven, or ‘saeptum’, meaning a wall or an enclosure. The stone also got its name because it seems to form in a pattern of seven. The mudball that’s formed on the seabed splits into seven different points and radiates in all directions. You get the contrasting and distinctive dragon skin pattern as a result. Septarian is also known as Septaria, Septeyre, and Dragon Stone. Within the septarian, there are many minerals mixed in.
