Hamsa hand pendant

Description

This pendant has a pink jade semi precious gem stone at the centre; wrapped around with tarnish resistant silver plated copper wire.

It is a chunky piece of jewellery and will look nice on a long chain.

The item will come with a 24″ chain and a handy organza pouch for storage.

Story behind the item:

A follower of mine on Etsy asked me if is possible to create a charm type chain with one of the symbols of the Hamsa hand on it. I had to explain to her that wire wrapping is an art form which often lands itself to much chunkier objects rather than the small size that she hoped for.

As a custom piece request what she wanted was impossible to re-create; however in an effort to see how easy would it be to re-create what she wanted; I created this Hamsa hand pendant.
