Three performers lying on stage balancing decorative plates on their feet, with a patterned backdrop and vases in the background.

Acrobats doing what they are doing best, after years of practice, they are showcasing their talent. A synchronised spinning of drums at Longleat Park. Photographing them was a challenge as they moved constantly trying the keep the drums in the air. It was a pleasant surprise to see the outcome, three perfectly sync-ed humans.

As human beings we watch entertainment daily throughout TVs, in cinema or theatre, or join in with the entertainment through gaming. A lot of what we watch and what we play has taken someone years to perfect or create. When it comes to us exploring who we are or improving or even balancing our self out, somehow we think it will take 5 minutes.

Depending on the age you are when you are reading this you may have been on this planet a relatively short amount of time or you may well have been here for a while, do you think you know yourself?

Do you think you have discovered everything there is about who you are?

Have you uncovered all the emotions you are feeling and the reasons behind the feelings?

How much of your life do you remember?

Actually how much of your life do you want to remember?

In order to be sync-ed with the world and for the world to be sync-ed with you, recognising who you are in the world is key. The more you know yourself, the more observant you are of the smaller things in the world, the quieter the mind, the easier it is to synchronise your dance to the rhythm of the world.
