Synchronicities.
This morning, I decided to have a coffee, and as it happens whenever I make a coffee using a pod and then add milk to it, an image forms. I call these messages from the coffee cup 
Today before I poured in the milk, I asked spirit what was the message. I received a bird like image.
Tonight, I joined Alberto Villoldo live webinar “The Great Shamanic Initiation”. Alberto drew 3 oracle cards, to guide us through the evening. The 3rd card was the eagle. As he was explaining the meaning behind the card, and asked us to connect with the card that most spoke to us, this indeed was my card for the evening. It is only after the workshop ended that I realized that my message from the coffee cup already give me the answer this morning. The message was “the bird within is always ready to fly, does not fear the wind, does not fear to leave the Earth. Be bold, be fearless today!”
During the webinar we did a journey to retrieve a part of us that was lost and needed to come back to us. The message from the Atlantean little girl who died in the earthquake was “feel safe, do not be afraid to die, I will teach you about everything. They will not kill your for your wisdom this time.”
