Most of us are born with innate abilities, traits, predilections, etc Some of us are aware what we are able to do, but some, despite your years on the planet, you are still trying to figure it out.
So, if you were to list all the gifts you have been given from nature, what would those gifts be? What would you say that is innate for you? What would you say you inherited from your parents? What would you say are those abilities that you have discovered after many years being here? Are there any gifts that you have been told not to use in your life time? Are there gifts that you are afraid to use? Are there gifts you wanted but you never got?
