Sapientia – Latin word for wisdom. I found this marble statues in a Greek villa in the South of France. The detail is breath taking, the sculptor needed a lot of talent to be able to conjure out such a beautiful object from a block of marble.

Wisdom as an idea feels almost like trying to bring a sculpture out of marble; it is a concept that it is difficult to grasp by many. We all wish to be wise in the world; we all wish to be able to take the right decisions at the right time, we all hope that through the experience of time; we will be able to find the right way.

Do you feel wise? Or do you still feel like that small child that you harbour within?

Do you know what wisdom is? Do you know how to distinguish ego from wisdom?

Do you know how to make decisions in a way that not only will it serve you but it will also serve the greater good, taking into account how one decision will impact on the many? How many decisions you make in a day are ecological and congruent with your own self? Have you ever wondered why do you sabotage yourself? Have you ever wondered why do you not get the outcome you wish; despite trying your hardest to achieve it?

When we are not congruent within ourselves, when we are not ecological about what we want, the forces around us instead of propelling us forward they are almost holding us back in our effort. Have you noticed that?

How can we then be ecological and congruent within us? By the very fact that you have been following these blogs; you are on the path of discovering what it means. Through self discovery and knowing yourself; you find the wisdom within, you find those aspects of yourself which need adjusting/fine tuning, in order to find the peace and centre within. And when you find the centre and you are living within the realms of your own truth, you are ready to build a more congruent world outside.

What is your wisdom?
