Have you ever seen a garden spider close up? I took this picture of a spider in our back garden as it was hanging out between a bin and a wall. You can see the hairs on the legs and it is surprising the details that a good camera can capture.

Update: – a person in the UK loved my picture so much, this person is now walking about with a spider on their face mask :) Hope their fellow shoppers are not arachnophobes
