Today I am taking you to the stars and back in time to 2012, when on a summer’s eve in August I took my camera out and captured the stary sky in my back yard.

Why do I want to take you to the stars you ask? Well, think about it, we are hurling around space on a rock and despite the speed that we are travelling at, we continue to be firmly anchored in the here and now and on this planet.

Because of the light pollution it is impossible for us to see the stars nowadays, and just like the light pollutes the sky and prevents us to see the details, in the same way our ego prevents us from observing the world in it’s truest form.

If we are to delve into ourselves and recognise who we truly are, we need to break free of the ego and transcend our fears and limitations and silence the noise.

In English we say “you can’t see the wood for the trees” – you are so caught up in all of it that you can’t recognise what is happening. In the same way, we are so busy dealing with the noise of the ego, of it’s limitations, of it’s fears, of it’s sorrows that we forget that the self is the best counsel.

How do you get rid of the noise? Or better yet, have you found a way to silence the noise?

What is it that you do every day, that adds to the noise instead of taking it away?

Have you started transforming the noise? Have you started he journey inward, to recognise the essence of YOU?

What rules? What regulations? What boundaries? What norms? What expectations do you still carry within that no longer serve you?

Time to look to the sky observe how regardless of the clouds and the light pollution, the sky the stars, the constellations continue to revolve around us, in the same way the essence of YOU is still there despite the noise of your conditionning.

It is time to reveal the Milky Way, it is time for you to bring out YOU.
