Silence

When I look at the sea, in my mind it is the most peaceful of places to be. Any body of water creates an inner silence within me.

I took this image of the dolphins swimming on the English coast. It was astonishing to see them travel up and playfully swim about. There is also something magical about seeing fish swim, and then there are the dolphins that look like a fish but are in fact mammals. I do not think there is a human out there who is not fascinated of seeing dolphin’s swim.

With the world accelerating up again, with the hope that life returns to normal once again, we forget that in the tumultuous noise of everyday life we need to take some time to hear silence; to go within; and enjoy the ebbs and slows of our inner world.

As we near another weekend (at the time of writing this; it’s Thursday) I would like to invite you to find your own quiet spot if you can, and check in with your self once more. This time is a check-in to observe the inner silence; to quiet the mind; and allow for the being to reconnect to its self.

I invite you to spend 5 minutes in silence or even listening to some form of music that has no lyrics. Allow to just float to the individual musical notes, allowing for the re-connection of the mind, body and soul.

As always join in the conversation in a comment, or journal your thoughts. We are ready to evolve, join us on the journey of discovery.
