A new message manifested a few weeks ago, in the form of a new priestess.

This painting came through in response to a personal question about a journey I was about to make to Greece. It conveyed to me a message that I was going to uncover when I stepped foot in the ancient land, and its simplicity, I hoped will make decoding it in the real world that much easier. Ahead of the journey I enlisted some assistance from AI to identify any connection to ancient symbolisms,as it has a much vaster knowledge base then me. It allowed me to delve deep into some of the connections accross time and space.

Below is a blend of my own inner knowing at the time and its own contribution.

While its bold colours and mystical figures may seem abstract at first, the painting carries a story layered in symbolism drawn from both ancient traditions and imaginative inner worlds.

At the center of the painting stands a striking figure—an avian priestess (as I came to define her). Her form blends the features of a bird with those of a divine feminine presence. This hybrid appearance isn’t meant to be taken literally but rather as a symbolic bridge between earthly life and higher realms of wisdom.

Birds, across many cultures, are symbols of messengers, of souls taking flight, of transcendence and connection to the divine.

Her stance is stoic, somewhat dream like, ethereal if you will. It conveys stillness and an innocence so rare to be found in today’s world.

She appears as a graceful, swan-like figure, Her presence radiates a serene, yet commanding energy. What looks like long blue hair, that evokes flowing water or sky currents, it is part of her attire of a priestess, but the flowing strucure of her headress reinforces this connection to air and movement.

She wears a medallion on her chest—one that appeared in other paintings, connected to sacred feminine energy. This repetition suggests continuity, a kind of soul signature or energetic mark that ties this figure to a larger tapestry of memory or purpose. Whether or not you believe in past lives or ancient civilizations, it’s easy to relate to the idea of certain symbols and themes showing up repeatedly when you’re on a path of personal growth. They can act as signposts, guiding you deeper into your own story.

Behind her, a swirling yellow sun disc glows powerfully, resembling a vortex or portal. Sun discs are rich in spiritual and cultural symbolism—from the solar gods of ancient Egypt to modern ideas of energy centers and consciousness. Here, it might be seen as representing enlightenment, a call to step into light and clarity.

The priestess holds a scepter with intricate glyphs and a radiant crown-like top, hinting at initiation or empowerment. Across spiritual traditions, staffs and scepters are not just decorative—they symbolize authority, guidance, and the channeling of divine will.

The glyphs, while not from any known alphabet, carry a visual language reminiscent of ancient scripts from places like Kemet (an older name for Egypt), Mu (a legendary lost civilization), or even futuristic imagined cultures. They point toward a lineage—real or symbolic—of guardians of knowledge and light.

In front of her sits a green vase on what appears to be an altar. Green often represents life, healing, or heart energy. The fact that this vessel sits on an altar suggests that it holds something sacred—perhaps offerings, life force, or even the essence of growth. It anchors the image with a sense of purpose: something is being honored, preserved, or activated.

So, what does this all mean, especially for someone who may not fully resonate with spiritual jargon or esoteric traditions?

This painting can be seen as a metaphor for stepping into my own inner authority. The priestess represents that part of us that carries wisdom—even if it’s quiet or dormant. The sun disc reminds us that clarity is always available when we seek it. The scepter speaks of empowerment, and the altar reminds us to honor the sacred in the everyday. Whether you believe in Atlantis or ancient priestess orders doesn’t matter as much as what the image stirs in you.

This artwork is an invitation. Not to adopt a new belief system, but to listen. To tune into the symbols and ask yourself what they evoke. To explore, with curiosity, the ancient stories embedded in your own heart. And perhaps, to consider the idea that each of us carries a unique spark—something timeless—that is waiting to be remembered.
