
A view of London that to the untrained eye makes for a very dense image. If you have never been to London you may believe that evrything is build up, and there is barely a space to breathe. Nothing could be further from the truth, it is a city with lots of park and open spaces, and yet even in films, they only show you the tiniest part of it’s whole existance.
When as human beings we feel overwhelmed with so many things happening at the same time, we could be forgiven, it we too resemble an over crowded, dense city. We may look the same on the outside, but inside we have the levels of energy, that could rival any atom. When stress becomes our way of being, it feels just like the image I present to you today.
So, if this is some days your reality, what do you do to declutter the image? What do you do to let go? I have asked this of you before. What do you do to clear up your inner world? How do you adjust your existence in such a way, so the green grass of calm can shine through? How can you change the steely sharp edges of your lack of patience, into the soft fluffy mush of relaxation?
When density resides within, how can you unwind, and be light as a feather?
Time to take out your diary and take some notes when answering the questions.
